My job situation. Really not good or rewarding. I don't feel like im suppose to be there even after 18yrs. Really could use God's wisdom and direction

I will be meeting with ankle surgeon in near future for her to explain upcoming surgery to stabilize the ligaments and re-align the ankle and leg bones. Please pray for wisdom for the surgeon.
My sister and her husband need lots of prayers.
My sister needs a good job and my brother in law has Cancer 3 times, he's in remission, but not doing well.
