Please pray for my cousins, John and Sandy Vandermark! John has had many health issues and Sandy is his full time caregiver! Tomorrow, June 9th, she will be having spinal surgery. She had to place John in a care facility for her surgery and her own recovery. They have been together for 57 years and are not at all used to being apart. Please pray that her surgery goes well and she is able to recover quickly. They are very strong Christians and are trusting in the Lord!
Guide me to recognize those whose character shines brightly, regardless of their status. And when I encounter those with a title but lacking in character, remind me, as 1 Samuel 16:7 states, that "The LORD looks at the heart." What truly matters is the heart, not the crown. Amen.
I still have not found another job after being laid off suddenly from my long term employer. It's been a month.
Please pray for guidance and that my trust in Him is strengthened and that my worship of Him never ceases during this trial. Thank you!
